The Scale & Rhythm Rudiments series provides supplementary material to the Sight-Read to Succeed series. With the inclusion of U.I.L. criteria coverage for all instruments, this series includes twenty-five sessions that include scales with rhythm patterns. Much like the Sight-Read to Succeed series, these sessions only contain material that is listed in the criteria.
Exercises begin with violins and violas in rhythmic unison; eventually moving towards rhythmic independence. Cellos and basses are always together.
